Summary of Agile fundamental courses (Day 1)
(1) Agile is all about just one question, How could we get better?
(2) Ground Rules:
Avoid multitasking
Embrace discomfort
Enough, let's move on
Demonstrate, trust, respect, openness
(3) In agile world, everyone cares about what their teammates and the whole team are doing, not just
what you are doing and what you like to do, NOT just do your own staff.
(4) You have to be clarity about the outcome and let if guide every step, be very sure you understand it completely and thoroughly, try to rephrase ask the expected outcome from different perspective to ensure you really understand it.
(5) Listen, Iterative, Learn and course correct rather than wait until it is perfect.
(6) Small, self-directed teams unleash innovation.
(7) Fundamental beliefs: Trust, Respect, Openness, Empathy, Courage (think and talk).
(8) The ultimate goal cannot be changed, but the way how to tackle it and even temporary goal can be changed.
(9) The first follower is equally important. (Maybe I can try to be the first follower, if not the first leader)

(3) Always stick to what the team agreed. (Otherwise, there is no meaning for the discussion, if you have questions, please ask and put forward, but after the decision are made, you have to abide by the agreed decision)
(4) Daily scrum. It is not a competition. It is just a synchronization. Big discussion should be kept for later.
